Today I finished off a gift for a friend. Rather than buy one of the gifts from her wedding list, I decided to try and make it instead. Can you guess what it is? Take a look, and then scroll down to find out…
I must say it’s been one of the simplest, stress -free things I’ve made. If I did it again, I’d probably make it a bit wider at the very top and make the neck strap a fraction shorter. But as the bride is tall and slim, I hope it will be a good fit! & Looking at the pictures, I think some of my cutting/ sewing is a bit skew-iff, but it doesn’t notice once it is on – I hope not anyway!
Great job, Hannah! I see you not only fussy cut the apron, but also the pocket on the front. I am impressed!
Thank you!! PS Also, it was the first time I actually made bias binding (for the straps), so I was quite impressed with myself 🙂 .
